Site Development Plan

More than just for aesthetic reasons, the use of a pinwheel configuration in Cypress Towers' three residential high-rise buildings is meant to maximize the entry of natural light and the continuous flow of air, ensuring a light, airy atmosphere throughout the whole community. Built on a 10,700 sqm land, two towers (Belmira and Altiva) have 20 floors, and one (Celesta) has 24 floors.
